园林业的空前发展需要一支高水平的规划、设计、研究的专业人才队伍,更需要大批具有施工、预算、监理、种植、管理、养护技术的应用型高级技术人才。虽然各有关院校的园林专业培养了许多本科生,但由于本科教育的培养目标和培养规格决定了其设计、研究能力强而施工等应用能力弱的特点,不能满足园林建设对专业技术人才的需求。另外大多数本科毕业生并不满足于施工、生产一线的工作岗位,而高职高专毕业生则比较安心于生产、施工一线的工作岗位,并且他们经过实践操作的系统训练,施工、管理、种植、养护技能,动手能力强,能满足生产、施工一线的需要,是下得去、留得住、用得上的建设人才。
根据社会对人才的需求,对园林专业的学生在掌握必要理论的基础上,加强实践教学,与生产实际结合,从专业基础技能训练、专业技术技能训练、专业综合技能训练、岗位就业实训、双师队伍建设教学质量监控等多方面加以研究,为学生发展创造的良好的条件,构建贯穿全程的实践教育体系,使理论教学和实践教学既相对独立,又通过生产和实践紧密地结合为一体。

It needs high level technical personnel on construction, budget, supervision, planting,  management, maintenance. Undergraduate students major in Landscape architecting do not have enough capacity of construction. Students of vocation-technical colleges are willing to do works about construction. They have enough capacity about construction, management, planting, maintenance.
Students of gardening master enough essentail theories, plus practice teaching processes. This paper researches the teaching from the practice of basic professional abilities, professional abilities, general professional abilities. It intends to construct better teaching and combine it with practice



最近活比较多,译东西时也顾应付,毛病应该多多啊。

They have enough capacity about construction, management, planting, maintenance但由于本科教育的培养目标和培养规格决定了其设计、研究能力强而施工等应用能力弱的特点,不能满足园林建设对专业技术人才的需求。另外大多数本科毕业生并不满足于施工、生产一线的工作岗位。
楼主没把“另外大多数本科毕业生并不满足于施工、生产一线的工作岗位"翻译出来,应该翻译为:Undergraduate students major in Landscape architecting are not satisfied with the physical labor such as ...

The unprecedented development of the gardening needs a team consists of 这个句子有两个谓语needs和consists of,这是不允许的建议把consists of改为consisting of professional talents with high regulating, designing and research level.
It needs 无法体现出前后两句的关系建议改为high level technical personnel on construction, budget, supervision, planting, management, maintenance are in greater need.
Undergraduate students major in Landscape architecting do not have 这个句子有两个谓语major in和do not have,这是不允许的enough capacity of construction. Students of vocation-technical colleges 前后两句有什么关系?递进、转折还是并列?再者和中文意思有很大出入,漏译了很多信息are willing to do works about construction. They have enough capacity about construction, management, planting, maintenance. 试译为:Although the colleges and universities have developed many undergradates majoring in gardening, yet the training aims and training standards have determined the characteristics that the students have great capacity to design and research but are much weaker in practical skills, like construction; thus they cannot meet with the gardening construction's requirements to the professional skilled talents. Besides, most graduates are not satisfied with the construcion and production work. Instead, Students of vocation-technical colleges are much better at and are satisfied with these jobs. Therefore, they are the really needed talents.
Students of gardening master enough essentail theories, plus practice teaching processes. 表面上与前面没有关联,建议加上过渡词句是否可考虑改为:According to the society's demands for talents, students of gardening should not only master the necesssary theory but also strengthen practical teaching and combine with real production needs. This paper researches the teaching from 与to搭配,这句中只有前半部分,缺少后半部分the practice of basic professional abilities, professional abilities, general professional abilities建议加上:to post training, development of teachers' team and monitoring of teaching quality. It intends to construct better teaching and combine it with practice

Summary: 1. there are no transitional words or paragraphs, which will make others confused about the topic;
            2. there are two places that have two predicates in one sentence, which is forbidden in English;
            3. there is some information that is not translated.

Undergraduate students major in Landscape architecting do not have enough capacity of construction. “虽然……但是”的结构在这句话中没有得到任何体现,诚如楼上所言,漏译了很多内容,可试译为 Although many bachelors were trained by universities which involved the specialty of Landscape architecture, but it can’ t satisfy the professional technical requirements of landscape architecture due to the characteristic reality of higher designing and researching abilities but lower application faculties. This is decided by goals and standards of present undergraduate education. Students of vocation-technical colleges are willing to do works about construction. They have enough capacity about construction, management, planting, maintenance.
Students of gardening master enough essentail theories, plus practice teaching processes. This paper researches the teaching from the practice of basic professional abilities, professional abilities, general professional abilities. 第一段的consists用在哪里应该是语法错误吧,加个which
空前发展可以直接译为flourish
The flourish of the gardening needs a team which consists of professional talents with regulating,designing and research level
technical personnel  技术人员可以改为    technologist
Undergraduate students   students是多余的吧  undergraduate本为就本科生的意思

have enough capacity of construction   capacity后面好像经常用for 或者 to do
改为
Undergraduate students major in Landscape architecting do not have enough capacity  for construction
They have enough capacity to do construct, manage, plant, maintain

改为: The highly skillful professionals of planning, designing and research are required to meet the unprecedented development of the gardening in addition to more technicians skilled at construction, budget, supervision, planting, management, maintenance.

2. But gardening-major undergraduates, decifient in construction though they have research capacity determined by their education aims cannot meet the requirements of gardening work.
Vocational students however can meet the need after receiving on the spot training of construction, management, planting, maintenance. They are committed to work.
Based on requirements of society on gardening talents, education of the students should combine basic theory with practice. Studies must be reinforced of their basic abilities, comprehensive abilities, post training and all-round teachers. Theory teaching and pratice teaching are independently but closely related and integrate practice and construction.

In addition, most graduates are not satisfied with the posts of construction and production.  
而 However,高职高专毕业生则比较安心于生产、施工一线的工作岗位,并且他们经过实践操作的系统训练,施工、管理、种植、养护技能,动手能力强,能满足生产、施工一线的需要,是下得去、留得住、用得上的建设人才。Which can meet the needs of construction and production. They are the construction talents with willing mind, patience and skill.  
根据社会对人才的需求,according to the social need towards talents
对园林专业的学生在掌握必要理论的基础上,加强实践教学,与生产实际结合,从专业基础技能训练、专业技术技能训练、专业综合技能训练、岗位就业实训、双师队伍建设教学质量监控等多方面加以研究,为学生发展创造的良好的条件,构建贯穿全程的实践教育体系,使理论教学和实践教学既相对独立,又通过生产和实践紧密地结合为一体。To create a favorable condition for the development of students; to establish the practicing education system   throughout the whole process. All of above are for the comparative independence and close integer of theoretical and practical teaching through the production and practice.
